This is a hallmark from an exceptional vintage. The grapes for this Cabernet blend were sourced from various vineyards within Napa Valley’s most renowned districts: Oakville, Rutherford and St. Helena.
This Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from grapes selected primarily from Rutherford vineyards. These were farmed using sustainable agricultural methods, primarily organic.
2010 was filled with unpredictable weather, however the Oak Knoll district grapes that produced this wine benefited from cooler than usual weather. The result: delicate aromas, concentrated, sophisticated, savory flavors that leave you thirsting for one more glass.
The mild weather of 2009 brought forth what is most excellent about Sauvignon Blanc, with weight and acidity in perfect balance and an articulate bouquet of vibrant flavors.
Our oil is grown 65 miles east of Napa Valley where conditions are perfectly suited to olives. The tree-to-bottle process averages 6 hours, preserving the fresh and lively flavors given by nature.
